Notion Event Planning Template
This is a Notion event planning template built for marketers and event organizers like you who want to stop juggling 20 docs and to (finally) have everything in one place.
Who am I to make this?
I’m Maria – Notion Ambassador & Content Creator. I hosted 5 events in 6 months and created this template with steps I take when planning events.
Hosting the first one was definitely a challenge, but after that it got so much easier – and with this system it will be eaaaasy peasy for you 🫶

- Use a detailed, pre-filled template to plan every aspect of a new event — from emails and catering to speakers to event day agenda and post-event survey
- Track speaker outreach and confirmations with a built-in tracker
- Store your venue partners and contacts for reuse
- Share a visual moodboard (example included) with your photographer to align
Simple, flexible, and powerful — this template is made to adapt to your workflow.
